Vegan Oil-Free Stir Fry/Steam (Vegan and Low-Calorie, Too!)

A delicious stir steam recipe that’s low in calories and sodium and contains no added fat. Here are the ingredients you’ll need:

  • 1 block of extra-firm tofu, baked (FatFree Vegan)
  • 1 lb of potatoes, steamed
  • 1 lb of broccoli, thawed if frozen
  • 8 oz carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup peas, fresh or frozen
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger, fresh or paste
  • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • water
