Go raw and be fit,

P.S. Despite what you’ve been told, avoiding digestive leukocytosis is not a valid reason to eat a raw food diet. In fact, there are many claims made by raw foodists that are just downright wrong.

In my book The Science of Eating Raw, I bust through all these myths, explain the real reasons to eat raw, and even show you how to meet all of your nutritional needs on a raw food diet.

Hi, I have a few tips (being underweight en high raw) : 1. (at work) take an empty (small) bottle of water and fill it up with warm water and warm your hands on it; 2. drink hot tea after your meal; 3. (at home) use a special pillow that you can put into the microwave (a don’t know the name in English); 4. Spice up your food; 5. (at home) take a warm footbath and/or wash your hands with warm water for a few seconds (ex at work); 6. (home or at work) jump! exercise (outside or even in the toilet at work :-D); etc…. Lots of love from Belgium (ps: just ate a (half ripe) pineapple and my lips are cracked :-D)

Victoria Reply:

Don’t eat a half-ripe pineapple!
